We hope you never find a reason to return our product(s) but if you do, we've got your back. You can place a return request within 30 days of ordering for a full refund. It is best to store your Welly Gummy Pops in a cool, dry place at room temperature. It is also important to keep them away from direct sunlight and other sources of heat as Gummpy Pops might melt upon exposure to temperatures above 25 degrees C.

We use only natural colours derived from fruits, vegetables and herbs. These colours can themselves vary from time to time and that reflects in our Gummy Pops. Natural colours can also darken over time. Most importantly, these variations do not affect the taste or quality of the finished product.

No, there's no reason to fret — they're still completely safe to consume. Little moisture can develop on the product due to the tropical conditions in our region.
